Generally we lose money on our delivery costs, we don't try to make a profit. You are also welcome to collect or send in your own driver/courier to collect. We can deliver worldwide, however this is a Special Service to be quoted on an individual basis per order.
We use various methods of delivery including our own transport for very local orders, Royal Mail, UPS, Fedex, Tuffnells, Interlink & Pallet Ways depending on which service is the most suitable
Online orders for Bubble Wrap, Corrugated Paper and large items are calculated on a per order basis and do not fall within our standard £8.95 charge, we will call you to advise of any additional delivery costs, sorry for any inconvenience caused
Standard delivery for stock items is a 1-3 day service, however we try and send every order on a next-day delivery as standard.
If your order is urgent or required for a particular day we ask you to call us on 01268 768 768 after placing your online order, give us the online reference number and discuss with us exactly when you need it. We will then confirm stock availability for you and arrange a delivery service to suit. Our delivery services include next-day, same-day, Saturday, pre 12.30, pre 10.30 and more. Extra charges will apply for these services
We hold massive quantities of all popular items held in two large premises in Essex, however please note that if you order an item which is not in stock or is a special order item our sites will still process the order and take payment, your goods will be sent as soon as they are back in stock. If your goods are damaged or there are items missing in transit we must be notified within 24 hours.
If we have sent you the wrong item and it is proven to be our mistake we need to know within 7 days
Should you simply want to change your mind we need to know within 7 days and a handling fee will be charged, you are responsible for returning the goods safely back to us and they must be in as new re-sellable condition for a refund to be generated.
Where the Goods are tendered by Indigo and returned due to causes outside Indigo's control. INDIGO may refuse to accept the return of such goods, or if it does accept them, it shall be entitled to make an additional charge in respect of the cost of transport and double handling necessitated by such return. If a return is required through no fault of our own, "the customer" is responsible for re-packaging and returning the goods in good, resaleable condition using a reputable transport company and must be a signed for service at the customers cost. A 25% restock fee and our actual cost of our outbound carriage is deducted from your refund, all refunds are made at the end of the month that the goods are returned to us. No returns accepted after 7 days.
Special order items and made to order products cannot be returned.
